Vast Rail to Trail proposal could give people look at 'very beautiful rural America'

“We want to be a good neighbor. We want to take care of (abutting private) fences, we want to take care of the weeds, we want to put the cattle crossings in,” Wagner said. “Looking again at the Mickelson trail — no trash, people take care of things, people close the gates. It’s a different group of people that ride the trails.”
