Larry Lucas spoke about the vision for the Tabor to Platte Rail to Trail on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at a gathering of the Palace City Pedalers in Mitchell. The Palace City Pedalers are an active bicycling community and are currently seeking riders for the 30 year anniversary of the Tour de Corn this August 2024.
